Sony A7r Street Photography Bangkok Chinatown FE 35mmF2.8

Monday 30th of December 2013, Chinatown, Bangkok, Thailand. The thai name of Chinatown is Yaowarat. It’s one of the most ancien district of Bangkok, where the first Chinese immigrants came in the 19th century . they were very successful business people and there has always been a lot of activities in this area. The traditional houses are still there, with the shop on the ground floor and the appartement of the owner upstairs. The temple is an important element of they life, and there are many different styles and gods. The street food is everywhere and is very appreciated by the visitors.

I shot the video with a Panasonic around my neck, that’s why it’s a little bit shaky sometimes. All the pictures are shot with my Sony A7r and the Zeiss lens FE 35mmF2.8 . I had to crop the pictures in 16:9 for the video because it fits the Youtube format. However, the pictures on the gallery below are in the original format 3:2 . I exported in 960X640 with a limit of 250 ko in order to be displayed easily. the original RAW file is 36MP !

my review of the SONY A7r, with another lens, the 55mmF1.8 is here
